Blue Mountain TrailRun

Blue Mountain Trail Run is a nature- and technical-trail-focused race held at First Camp Ånnaboda, with four distances (21 km, 15 km, 10 km and 6 km). The courses follow the Bergslagsleden and sections of mountain-bike trails, with lakeside stretches, forest trails and viewpoints such as Sånnabodahöjden. The event has a family-friendly atmosphere and offers services including bib collection, food sales, and nearby showers and changing facilities. The 21 km race has an extra competitive incentive: anyone who breaks the course record will be rewarded with 5,000 SEK.

Bib numbers must be collected at least 45 minutes before the start; collection opens at 09:00, and on-site late registration is from 09:00 to 09:15. Changing facilities, showers and toilets are available at the red SM cabin, approximately 300 m below First Camp; swimming is possible at Södra Ånnabosjön. Electronic timing uses a timing chip worn on the finger; there are aid stations on the course, and food and refreshments are sold on site. Name and category changes can be made up to and including 9 June 2026 (fee: 150 SEK); a refund protection option is available (17% of the entry fee). First Camp Ånnaboda offers a 15% discount on cabin stays when booked via annaboda@firstcamp.se using the code "TrailRun". A service fee of approximately 10 SEK applies. Registration and bib collection take place 45 minutes before the start; food and drinks are available; changing rooms, showers and toilets are near the red SM cabin by the main parking area; medical kits are available at the start/finish and at water stations.
