Gladsheim Finspångs Stadslopp

Gladsheim Finspång City Race is a friendly, festive fun run starting and finishing in Bruksparken in central Finspång. The main race is 7 km on a flat surface through the town, with a shorter AktivRundan and a children’s race (XL Bygg Lilla Slottsrundan) also available. All participants receive a medal at the finish, and the event is known for enthusiastic crowd support, music and award ceremonies. In 2026, the race celebrates its tenth anniversary and welcomes competitive runners, recreational runners, families and children alike.

Start and finish in Bruksparken; race-bib collection at Stora Coop Finspång/Viberga on Tuesday 26 May, 15:00–19:00; bibs not collected at Coop will be distributed at the start/finish area no later than one hour before the start; the top tab on the bib is the chip that records the time; no shower facilities; everyone who walks, jogs or runs to the finish receives energy products from COOP and a water bottle sponsored by Finspångs Brunnsborrning; medal sponsored by Curt Nicolin Gymnasiet; late registration via the website from 18–25 May costs 395 kr (online), and late registration at bib collection on 26–27 May costs 425 kr (in person). 7 km course through central Finspång (start/finish in Bruksparken); AktivRundan approximately 3.5–3.8 km; XL Bygg Lilla Slottsrundan 1.7 km for children. Bib collection at Stora Coop Finspång/Viberga; the chip is activated via the tab at the top of the bib; registration and payment via Swish are available; on race day, the event opens at 15:00 in Bruksparken. The 2026 edition is the 10th anniversary; XL Bygg Lilla Slottsrundan starts at 17:00, and the main race starts at 19:00.
