The event includes race briefings, a mini-exhibition with equipment exhibitors, and communal after-trail celebrations at FriluftsByn.
Highlights
- The courses go through the UNESCO World Heritage Site Höga Kusten and pass several dramatic peaks (e.g., Skuleberget).
- Five distances with varied terrain and technical sections: Twin Peaks 14k, 3Peaks 18k, Coast to Summits 28/32k, The Original 45k, and The Ultimate 60k.
- Officials and energy stations along the course; buses from FriluftsByn to the start.
Additional information
Before each distance, a race briefing is held, and there is a mini-exhibition where Icebug and Haglöfs display equipment. The Original 45k has a time limit of 12 hours, and buses from FriluftsByn go to the start (for example, 07:30 - 08:30 for The Original). There are energy stations and officials along the course, options to sell race entries in the participant group on Facebook, and voluntary insurance via Startklar. After-Trail and communal evening events are included as part of the event, and Trail Camps are also offered. Participants follow a two-day weekend with five distances; race briefings before each distance; Trail Camp and various pre-/post-events; start and finish locations at FriluftsByn and Skuleberget; the race passes iconic viewpoints within the Höga Kusten UNESCO World Heritage Site.
