Öland Lighthouse Challenge

Öland Lighthouse Challenge is an ultramarathon on Öland, starting at Långe Erik Lighthouse. The race is offered over three distances—50 km, 50 miles and 100 miles—and follows coastal routes, meadows and woodland, with views of the Alvar and the Baltic Sea. The event is well organised, with water and aid stations along the course; all finishers receive a medal and a T-shirt. The organiser is Högby IF, and the event is suitable for both experienced ultrarunners and distance-trained recreational runners.

Bib collection on Friday from 13:30; race information, course maps and a GPX file (updated) are available on the race website; drop-bag labels are provided; all finishers receive a medal and T-shirt; 15% accommodation discount at Böda Sand (mention Lighthouse Challenge when booking); payment for late registration/bib collection: cash, card or Swish. Information about training and runs is available; aid stations approximately every 20 km; 15% accommodation discount at Böda Sand for the weekend (mention Lighthouse Challenge when booking); start at Långe Erik and finish at Långe Jan; medal and T-shirt included in the entry fee; late registration possible until 27 May, according to the race information.
