Skatås ryggar

Skatås Ryggar is a major trail race in Gothenburg, following winding trails through the Delsjö area and Knipeflågsbergen Nature Reserve. The race offers courses crossing five, four or two ridges, with distances suited to both experienced trail runners and young people (10–16 years). The event is just a few kilometres from central Gothenburg and includes amenities such as water stations and refreshments. Welcome to a technical, nature-close trail experience near the city.

Information about water stations, refreshments and start times is available on the race website. Course preview runs and training sessions are organised before the race (announced on the website). Youth categories for ages 10–16 are offered, and there is a group registration page. Results are published and updated on race day. The distances correspond to two, four or five ridges; youth categories are for ages 10–16; water stations and refreshments are provided during the race; preview runs and trail training take place at Skatås Motionscentral before the race.
