TrailÖvik

TrailÖvik is a welcoming trail race in Själevad on 28 June 2026, offering several courses (Mini, 6 km, 12 km, 22 km and Night Edition) for both recreational and elite runners. The courses pass through magnificent natural scenery, with technical single-track trails, hilly terrain and several viewpoints overlooking the High Coast World Heritage Site. The event is described as both family-friendly and professionally run, with practice runs, maps and course support. The race venue and start/finish are at Skogslöparnas clubhouse, and the race has been praised for its varied and challenging trails.

The race venue, start and bib-number collection are on the gravel area below Skogslöparnas clubhouse (Nordhemsvägen 41, 89430 Själevad); bibs must be collected at least 30 minutes before the start; race information will be published 10 days before the event; registration is through Mittlopp, and on-site registration opens at the venue and closes 30 minutes before each start. Practice runs and maps are available (printed maps in the mailbox at the start of Älgstråket and downloadable maps); livestreaming and live results are provided. Spiked shoes are recommended in wet weather. The 22 km course has its first aid station at approximately 4 km, with sports drink and water. Four distances and Night Edition; starts around 11:00; registration through Mittlopp; the venue is below Skogslöparnas clubhouse in Själevad (Nordhemsvägen 41); maps, practice runs and course marking are provided; results are displayed at the venue and online.
