Trosa Ultra Backyard 2026

Trosa Ultra Backyard is a Backyard Ultra on a fast, easy loop course in central Trosa. Each loop is 6.706 km, and the race continues for as long as participants can complete a loop within one hour. The race starts on 2 May 2026 at 10:00. In the Backyard format, anyone who completes a loop within the hour may start again, until only one participant remains. The event is open to the public and family-friendly, with Mini-TUB for children (starting at 12:15) and awards for the top three men and women. The organiser provides sports drink, fruit and sandwiches at the start/finish area, and holds prize draws throughout the race.

Start and finish at Västra hamnplan in Trosa; livestream on the Trosa Ultra Backyard Facebook page; Mini-TUB sponsored by Camfil; team competition in which each club’s three best results count (the club with the three best results receives 20% off next year); tent pitches outside the start area; limited motorhome spaces; no caravan spaces; food and energy supplies available (sweets, sports drink and fruit), plus a Selfie Corner after the race; free silicone cup from Umara for all participants in the main race.
