Vårruset

Vårruset in Halmstad is a women’s fun run offering 2.5 km and 5 km distances in the scenic Alet Nature Reserve. The event is all about the joy of movement and community, and welcomes participants of all fitness backgrounds and ambition levels. You can register individually or as part of a team; registered teams receive a picnic after the finish. The event is part of a long-standing tradition dating back to 1989 and aims to promote women’s health and community.

Race bibs can be collected at Intersport Halmstad Flygstaden in the days before the race. Teams of 5 receive a picnic after the finish. You can opt out of timed results. Recommended ages: 2.5 km from age 11 (age 7 when accompanied by an adult); 5 km from age 13 (age 11 when accompanied by an adult). Changing at home is recommended, as there are no changing facilities at the venue. Water stations and toilets are available at the event area. Parking is available, but environmentally friendly travel is encouraged. Participants can choose to have their 5 km time recorded, and the event features a festive atmosphere with opportunities for community and well-being.
