Vårruset Vänersborg

Vår Ruset Vänersborg is part of Sweden's largest fitness tour for women and is held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, starting and finishing at Sanden along Vassbottenleden. Participants can choose between a 2.5 km or a certified 5 km course; timing is optional at registration. Group registrations of five people are offered a picnic after the finish, making the event social and family-friendly. The event is organized by Marathongruppen in collaboration with Vänersborgs SK and is open to exercisers of all ages according to recommended age limits.

What is included (individual registration): medal, finish bag, Vårruset music quiz + prizes, timing for those who choose it, and bib. For team registration (5 persons): picnic after the finish, medal, finish bag, timing (if selected), and bib. Recommended age: 2.5 km: 11 years (7 years with adult); 5 km: 13 years (11 years with adult). Registration is digital and can be done until race day (at least 1 hour before the first start).
