Victorialoppet 2026

Victorialoppet in Borgholm is Öland’s big running festival, offering races for the whole family—from Mini for the very youngest to the 9 km main race. The running event has a long tradition and donates part of its surplus to Crown Princess Victoria’s Fund; a virtual running option is also available. The Mini, Lilla and Victoriajoggen races start on Kungsgatan by Borgholm’s sports ground, and the event has a festive atmosphere with spectators, music and seaside views. Bib collection on race day at Borgholm Sporthall, 10:00–18:00. There is water along the 9 km course, with music entertainment at several locations. Prizes and commemorative plaques/medals are awarded by category (Victorialoppet receives a commemorative plaque; Victoriajoggen and para categories receive a medal; Lilla Victorialoppet receives a medal, ice cream and a drink). Changing rooms and showers: men/boys at Borgholm Sporthall; women/girls at Viktoriaskolan’s gymnasium. Timing uses a disposable chip where timing is offered. Standard fees apply from 15 June, and late registration on 15 July has higher fees. Check-in deadlines: 9 km by 18:00, 4 km by 16:45, and 2 km/1.5 km at least 15 minutes before the start.
