Bjäre Trail

Bjäre Trail is a trail race on the beautiful Bjäre Peninsula, featuring a very hilly course along the northern side of Hallandsåsen. You run through Sinarpsdalen, dense beech forests with rushing waterfalls, and past grazing pastures, a disused ski slope and an old railway—the course offers many magical views. The website lists several distances (12 km, 17 km, 34 km and 51 km) and a children’s race. You are welcome to register and enjoy a challenging trail experience close to nature.

Start and finish at Båstad Företagsby, Ängelholmsvägen 269, 42 Båstad. The children’s/junior race is approximately 2,000 m. Register on site (cash or Swish) for 60 kr. The website offers race information, a start list, previous results and a GPS file (.gpx) of the course. Maximum 300 participants; register via the website; the regular registration deadline is one week before the start; late registration is available on race day for an additional fee. Race numbers can be collected at the start/finish no later than one hour before the start, or at Bjäre bär’s farm shop. Toilets are available in the business park; there are no changing rooms or showers. Travel by Skånetrafiken is recommended.
