Blodomloppet (Jönköping)

Welcome to Blodomloppet in Jönköping—a recreational event highlighting the need for blood donation, where you can walk, jog or run. In Jönköping, timed 5 km and 10 km races are offered, as well as an untimed 5 km walk. Children can take part in Lilla Blodomloppet (approx. 700 m), which has a mass start and a medal. Participants enter in teams, and the event traditionally ends with a picnic.

Team entries consist of 3–5 participants; registered blood donors receive a 40 kr discount if they indicate this when registering. Changes (e.g. from 10 km to 5 km) cost 50 kr; show your order ID when collecting your race pack. For registration on race day (11 August), payment is accepted only by Swish or cash. Other payment terms are 30 days, with several payment options (Swish, card via Swedbank Pay, postal giro, invoice). Team and individual entries have different prices; discounts are available for blood donors, and an invoice fee applies. Race numbers can be collected at Hovslätts IK’s clubhouse or at the start. The awards ceremony takes place at 19:30.
