Race description

Blood Run Kristianstad is a recreational race offering a scenic course through the Water Realm, with varying surfaces of grass, gravel, and asphalt. The race features distances of 5 km and 10 km that extend westward from Tivoli Park, crossing the Helge River and further into the beautiful natural area. For younger participants, there is Little Blood Run with shorter courses inside Tivoli Park, adapted for children aged 0-12 years. Blood Run is a social and healthy activity that also highlights the importance of blood donation and concludes with a communal picnic.

Additional information

Registration can be done individually or in teams (up to 5 participants per team). Team members can participate in different distances. The last day to register a team is May 12. Late registration can be done on-site at Tivoli Park from 4:00 PM on the race day. Course lengths for Little Blood Run are 100 m (ages 1-3), 550 m (ages 4-7), and 1100 m (ages 8-12). The surface for the 5 km and 10 km varies between grass, gravel, and asphalt. There are changing facilities and toilets at the event area. Blood Run concludes with a communal picnic. The event includes a blood donor gift, activities on-site, the opportunity to participate in teams (up to 5 people), and various distances to suit all participants. The race is part of Sweden's largest blood donation and fitness campaign.
