Chalmersloppet 2026

Chalmersloppet is a campus celebration at Johanneberg campus that celebrates wellbeing and community. The race welcomes students, employees, alumni, and companies to run, network, and have fun together in the spirit of Chalmers. Distances range from 3.14 km (including a walking option) up to 9.82 km, and students can take part in all distances for free. The event is organised by Chalmers Student Union’s Teknologbolag and includes both a race and activities in a Runner Zone.

The Runner Zone is held at Geniknölen, with activities, socialising, and an awards ceremony. Fysiken offers free changing rooms at Mossen and holds a warm-up before the race. Race bibs and T-shirts can be picked up at the tent by Teknologgården: Monday 11/5, 09:30–13:30, and Tuesday 12/5, 09:30–13:30. Participants start in groups (waves), and options are available for wheelchair users and other participants using wheeled mobility aids. Students participate for free; company places are offered in connection with sponsorship and recruitment opportunities. Distance options include 3.14 km, 6.28 km, 9.82 km, and a walk; start groups are based on participant groups. The event focuses on health and wellbeing for the whole campus community (students, employees, alumni, and companies) and includes activities such as the Runner Zone and a warm-up.
