Genarps IF Trail (GIFT)

Genarps IF Trail (GIFT) is a technical trail race across the heights of Romeleåsen, with three distances: 10, 20 and 30 km, featuring elevation gains of 150, 340 and 620 metres respectively. The race is open to all runners, from recreational runners to elite athletes, and the 30 km distance is also a district championship event and part of Skånes TrailCup. The start and finish are at Ekevallen, Genarp sports ground, and there are aid and energy stations along the course. The entry fee includes food and drink after the finish, and showers and changing rooms are available.

Race numbers can be collected on race day, one hour before the start. Showers and changing rooms are available. After the race, hamburgers, beer and other drinks prepared on site are included. The 30 km distance awards 1 UMTB point and is a district championship event. The 20 and 30 km races run clockwise, with a challenging uphill switchback on the north side of the ridge. The race is part of Skånes TrailCup and offers food and drink after the race, with aid and energy stations along the course and facilities for changing and showering.
