Mälarömilen

After more than ten years of hiatus, Mälarömilen is back on Ekerö – a welcoming race for runners of all levels. The event includes four races in one day: Mälarö Knattelopp, Lilla Mälarömilen, Mälaröfemman, and the classic main race Mälarömilen (10 km). Start and finish are at Träkvista sports field, and the event emphasizes community, joy of movement, and fast courses for those who want to compete. There is also an option to register entire teams or companies through a convenient group registration.

Online registration closes 7 days before the race; late registration is possible on race day with an increased fee. The number of starting places is limited, and registration is valid only after payment is completed. Timing and bibs are used in all categories (exceptions: Mälarö Knattelopp without timing; Lilla Mälarömilen girls/boys 9 - 11 years timing without placement). The event area is located at Träkvista sports field with medical services, a water station just after the start/loop, as well as toilets, showers, and changing rooms in the KOM building. Recommended public transport options: buses 177 and 301 - 311 (stop Träkvista Idrottsplats). A total cap of 1,000 runners, and all surplus funds go back to Mälarö SOK's sports activities. The race offers corporate and team registration and support for teams.
