Mörksuggejakten TrailRun

Mörksuggejakten is a classic race in the long-distance cycling cup in Rättvik, enjoyed by elite cyclists and recreational riders alike. The main course is available as a 72 km route or a shortened 44 km version, featuring varied terrain with gravel roads, trails and some challenging climbs, as well as fine views over Siljan. The route passes places such as Vidablick, the Hedsåsen summer farm, the Enån valley with its narrow suspension bridges, and Dalhalla and Springkällan. The event also includes Lilla Mörksuggejakten for young riders at the Jarl area and is organised by IK Jarl.

Registration for race categories is via RaceWeb; late registration is handled on RaceWeb between 08:30 and 12:00 (Lilla Mörksuggan). Bib collection for Lilla Mörksuggan: Jarlstugan, Saturday 5 July, 09:00–11:30. Bibs with chips are used in race categories and recreational/family categories (children's, recreational/family categories are not timed). A technical zone/feeding station is located in the arena between the start and finish zones; medical staff will be on site (contact person: Josefin Linell, tel. 076-796 39 69). Changing rooms and showers are available at Jarlstugan. Mörksuggejakten TrailRun was first held in 2017. The race is part of the Mörksuggejakten events in Rättvik and is coordinated with Lilla Mörksuggejakten; late registration and bib collection are planned in connection with 4 July 2026.
