Sörmlands 100 Trail Run

Sörmlands 100 Trail Run is a multi-day event (11–13 September 2026) through the scenic and biologically rich landscapes of Sörmland, with distances ranging from approximately 8 km to 100 miles. The routes follow technical singletrack, coastal trails and faster sections, and suit both experienced ultrarunners and recreational runners, depending on the distance chosen. The event focuses on the trail-running experience, with local food, talks and a friendly, inclusive atmosphere. The organisers offer GPS tracking, GPX files and aid-station support for a memorable weekend in Sörmland.

GPX files are available to download; live GPS tracking and intermediate and final results are provided. The event is cupless—bring your own cup. Longer distances include a buff, live tracking, GPX, a window decal and a handmade wooden finisher’s medal or belt buckle, depending on the distance. Detailed mandatory kit lists apply to the 100 km and 100-mile distances (including 1 litre of fluids, a mobile phone, navigation tools, a first-aid kit, a map, a GPS tracker, an emergency blanket, a rain jacket and a headlamp). Early cut-offs and aid-station locations have been published; the organiser plans shuttle buses from Nävekvarn Camping to Nyköping (approximately 100 SEK, payable via Swish on site). A Night Trail and a 2 km children’s race are included; start and finish locations include Gripholms Slott in Mariefred and Nävekvarns Folkets Park.
