Race description
Springtime in Helsingborg is a traditional running event with three distances: 10 km, 5 km and HD's MiniSpringtime for children. The 10 km race is the classic event and has been held since 1981, while the 5 km race is a shorter, more intense alternative. The races also offer team competitions in which men and women compete on equal terms through time adjustments. The courses are carefully measured, with the start and finish together at Stortorget, providing a scenic and spectator-friendly running experience.

Additional information
The entry fee includes a race bib, medal, water and fruit at the finish. Team competitions are offered, with times adjusted for men and women.
