Stafettvarvet

Stafettvarvet är en spännande stafett som går runt vackra Slottsskogen i Göteborg. Varje lag består av fyra deltagare som alla springer samma 3,2 kilometer långa bana med start och mål på anrika Slottsskogsvallen. Stämningen är magisk och förväntansfull både före, under och efter loppet, där lagkamrater hejar fram varandra vid växlingen. Efter målgång kan deltagarna njuta av en smarrig picknick tillsammans som ingår i anmälan. Loppet är också en populär aktivitet för företag som vill stärka gemenskapen genom teambuilding.

Each team consists of four runners, all running the same course. The relay baton is handed over over the exchange zone marked by zones based on start numbers. Included in the registration is a picnic basket from Carotte that teammates can enjoy after crossing the finish line. Companies can register multiple teams and pay via invoice. There is an option to book a tent spot in the Relay Race company's area in the entrance park to gather and cheer the team before, during, and after the race. The start is based on a buddy seeding where fast runners line up at the front. The team comprises 4 participants, each running 3.2 km. Registration is via the website, starting at 18:00, with start groups and options for corporate bookings and picnics. The event is outdoors and focuses on community and corporate activities.
