Stafettvarvet

Stafettvarvet is an exciting relay race around the beautiful Slottsskogen park in Gothenburg. Each team consists of four participants, all of whom run the same 3.2-kilometre course, starting and finishing at the historic Slottsskogsvallen. The atmosphere is magical and full of anticipation before, during and after the race, as teammates cheer each other on at the changeover. After crossing the finish line, participants can enjoy a delicious picnic together, included in the entry fee. The race is also a popular activity for companies looking to build team spirit through team-building.

Each team consists of four runners, all of whom run the same course. The baton is handed over across the relay barrier, which is divided into zones based on bib number. Registration includes a picnic bag from Carotte for teammates to enjoy after the finish. Companies can register several teams and pay by invoice. It is possible to book a tent space in Stafettvarvet’s company village in the entrance park, where teams can gather and encourage one another before, during and after the race. The start uses a friends seeding system, with fast runners at the front. Each team has 4 participants, each running 3.2 km. Registration is via the website; the start is at 18:00, with start groups and options for company bookings and picnics. The event is outdoors and focuses on community and company activities.
