We love to take the seldom-finished trails, and this is one of them. It was a beautiful sunny day, so we started early at the trailhead—at 7 in the morning to avoid the heat. Instead of heading down Forest Road A, we chose to follow the Holder Creek Trail system, which offered the natural experience we were looking for. It was so peaceful to run down this forest canopy trail, making the run a fantastic experience.
