TGS - Trail Genom Skåne

TGS – Trail Through Skåne is a trail race featuring beautiful trails in Göinge and Hovdala Nature Reserve, starting and finishing at Trädhuset (Hovdala, Hässleholm). The race offers four distances (TGS 60, 35, 25 and 10), with TGS 60 run over two loops (35+25). The new 2026 route is more technical and has a reduced amount of asphalt (under 3 km), bringing runners closer to nature. The race is suitable for runners of different levels who want to enjoy forest terrain and well-marked courses.

Start and finish at Trädhuset (Hovdala, Hässleholm). TGS 60: 61.7 km with 1,060 m D+ / D- (maximum time 9h15min, cut-off at the loop point at 13:30). TGS 35: 35.1 km, 600 m+/-, starts at 09:30, finish closes at 17:00. TGS 25: 26.6 km, 460 m+/-, starts at 10:45, finish closes at 17:00. TGS 10: 10.2 km, 200 m+/-, starts at 13:45. Aid stations (VK) offer food, water, cola and sports drink (listed at km 13.2 and 24.6 depending on the distance). Registration is binding after payment; the organizer recommends that runners take out recreational race insurance. Start: The Treehouse/Trädhuset at Hovdala; various distances (50, 25/27, 10 km); restrictions include no trekking poles and carrying a mobile phone, water and energy; maximum times/cut-off times as stated on the website; free parking near the start/finish; aid stations as needed on hot days; results and food after the race.
