Vårmilen

Lidingöloppet Vårmilen is a popular running challenge featuring one of Stockholm’s most beautiful 10 km courses. Participants can choose between 5 km and 10 km on winding forest roads, through meadows and along the archipelago coast. The course is mostly soft and hilly, making the race a gentle, scenic start to the running season. The race also counts towards seeding for TCS Lidingöloppet, offering the chance to start in a better starting group at the classic autumn trail race. There are water and sports drink stations, as well as entertainment along the course.

Start and finish at Lidingövallen. Water and sports drink station at 5 km and at the finish. Group warm-up before the start. Free bag drop; valuables drop-off costs 20 kr. Changing rooms with showers and a sauna are available. The course is marked with white ribbons and spray arrows, with marshals at difficult points. Travelling by public transport or bicycle is recommended as parking is limited. Distance and name changes can be made for a fee before and on race day.
