Vårruset Jönköping

Vårruset in Jönköping is an evening race held by Lake Rocksjön in Knektaparken, with distances of 2.5 km and 5 km (the 5 km course is officially measured). The race is open to participants of different ages, and registered participants receive a medal, a finish-line bag and a race bib. Timing is optional, and teams of five receive a picnic after finishing. The event is organized locally by IKHP Huskvarna and welcomes both recreational and experienced runners for an enjoyable spring evening.

You can opt out of timing during registration so that your result is not published. Recommended ages: 5 km from age 13 (or 11 when accompanied by an adult); 2.5 km from age 11 (or 7 when accompanied by an adult). A free training session is held before the season (for example, 19 March at 18:30 at Rocksjöstadion). Registration is online and can be completed up to race day, no later than 1 hour before the first start. Local organizer: IKHP Huskvarna. Distances: 2.5 km or 5 km.
