Vårruset Sundsvall

Vårruset in Sundsvall is a local event in the national Vårruset tour taking place on Monday, June 1, 2026, starting and finishing at Hamnträdgården. The race offers two distances, 2.5 km and a certified 5 km, with the course running through the city center and along the Selångersån River. All participants receive a medal, a finish bag, and a bib; teams registering also get a picnic after finishing. There is an option to opt out of timing during registration, and organizers welcome both individual registrations and teams of five people.

There is a digital option (Vårruset Digital) running from May 4 to June 4, where medals are sent home, but official timing, finish bag, marked course, and picnic are not included.
