Täljemilen

Enhörna IF presents Täljemilen - perhaps the fastest controlled measured 10K run this autumn at Geneta Sports Field in Södertälje. The course runs entirely on bicycle and pedestrian paths and is fully asphalted, making the race very fast and suitable for those aiming for a personal best. Water stations are available at 5 km and at the finish line. Instead of medals, the organizer donates a sum to the Children's Cancer Foundation for each registered runner; prizes are awarded to the top 3 in both women's and men's categories, and there will also be a raffle of approximately 20 prizes.

Changing rooms are available on site but the organizer recommends that participants come dressed. Late registration on the day of the race is possible if the race is not fully booked. The organizer forgoes medals and instead donates an amount to the Children's Cancer Foundation per registered runner. Prizes are awarded to the top 3 in both women's and men's categories, and approximately 20 prizes will be raffled among all participants.
