Vårruset Stockholm

Vårruset Stockholm is part of Sweden’s largest women’s recreational running tour and takes place on Tuesday, 19 May 2026, in Norra Djurgården. Choose between a 2.5 km distance and a measured 5 km course. The event is suitable for both recreational runners and experienced runners, with a warm, community-focused atmosphere. You can enter as a team and finish the evening with a picnic after the race. Registration is online, and the same price applies whether or not you choose to have your time recorded.

Included are a medal, a finish-line bag, the Vårruset music quiz with prizes, a race bib and, for those who choose it, official timekeeping. You can opt out of timekeeping so that your result is not published. Team registration (5 people) includes a picnic after the race; team members can run different distances. Recommended ages: 5 km from age 13 (11 when accompanied by an adult); 2.5 km from age 11 (7 when accompanied by an adult). Registration is binding, and the entry fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. There is also a digital race for participants who cannot attend in person (with medals mailed after the tour). Race bibs are mailed to the address provided at registration for entries submitted before a specified date; any surplus goes 100% back to sport.
