Winter Run (Stockholm)

Winter Run Stockholm is a winter race that takes place on a unique 5 km course with start and running inside Skansen as well as a loop around Djurgården. The course is partly paved and partly gravel, with a clear elevation gain up to Bollnästorget and some smaller hills on Djurgården. The race encourages participants to compete in luminous and imaginative outfits, creating a festive and colorful atmosphere. The event is organized by the athletics clubs Hässelby SK and Spårvägens FK, and any surplus proceeds go back into sports.

The course is sanctioned by the Swedish Athletics Association and measured by an approved course measurer. In icy conditions, shoes suitable for winter conditions are recommended. Any surplus from the race goes back into sports. The event includes opportunities for children and families, with a festive winter atmosphere and entertainment along the course.
