Race description
Åhus TrailRun is a trail race in the coastal forests and along the sea south of Åhus in Skåne, organized by Pan-Kristianstad. The event offers distances of 17 km, 11 km, 6 km, and 2.5 km, as well as a children's race of about 350 meters with a medal and no timing. The courses are gently hilly and consist of a mix of trails, sand dunes, terrain, and beach running along the coast - participants are guaranteed a running experience beyond the ordinary. The race suits both competitive runners and recreational athletes and also features team competitions and a maximum of 1000 participants.

Participant limit: max 1000 participants. Start times: 12:30 for 2.5 km and 6 km; 12:40 for 11 km and 17 km; children's race individually from 13:00 to 15:00. Bib distribution from 10:45 (pick up no later than one hour before your start). Cut-off time: the finish line closes 2 hours and 50 minutes after the 17 km start (at 15:30) - the last 6 km lap must be started no later than 60 minutes before the finish line closes. Arena: Strandridaregården in Friseboda; parking is limited and only allowed according to officials' instructions (carpooling tips via the race's Facebook group). Valuables storage available for a fee (20 SEK, cash or Swish). Children's race with medal and free registration; online registration closes the Wednesday before the race; late registration can be done at the start/finish area; bib must be collected by 10:45; parking is limited near the arena; water stations at all stations; electronic timing and live online results.
