Race description

Tjurruset is a challenging and fun cross-country race held in wild forest with natural obstacles in Rudan outdoor area in Haninge. The race offers distances of 5 and 10 kilometers where participants will experience muddy passages, trail paths, and challenging terrain. Tjurruset is known for its fighting spirit and is open to both veterans and beginners who do not fear dirt and muddy clothes. After the race, there are opportunities for showers and rinsing, and the event is organized by Marathongruppen with profits going back to sports.

Additional information

The bib number is sent home upon registration before September 2, otherwise it can be collected on site from 08:30. The bib number is personal and must be worn with a chip for timing. After the race, there are warm showers in tents and simpler rinsing facilities. There are clothing disposal stations for items that cannot be taken home. Public transport by commuter train to Handen station is recommended. Name changes for start places are possible for a fee until September 24. The race also includes a children's race and often co-organizations with other cross-country races, as well as information about registration, parking, and start times.
