Midsommarjoggen 2026

Midsommarjoggen is a running festival in Rynningeviken Nature Reserve in Örebro, taking place on 17 June 2026. The main race is 7.2 km, mostly on easy-to-run gravel paths along the water and through the forest. It suits both runners looking to run fast and those who prefer to jog or walk at a summer pace. The course passes Rävgången and Naturens Hus and finishes with an after-run gathering at Stora Hjortstorps gård, with food, drinks and good company. There is also a KidsRun (approximately 600 m) for children born in 2016 or later.

Start at 18:30 (warm-up at 18:15; compulsory race briefing at 18:25). KidsRun starts at 17:45 (gather at 17:40). Bib numbers can be collected from the race office from 16:00; collect by 18:10 at the latest. Timing uses a loaned transponder (800 kr charged for a lost transponder); KidsRun is not timed. Water/energy stations at 3 and 5 km; toilets are available in the event area and at the water stations. No changing facilities or showers on site. After-run gathering at Stora Hjortstorps gård (BBQ 299 SEK, including water and coffee; half price for children under 12). Youth (born in 2008 or later) receive a 50% discount; group registration via info@epictrail.se. The course is described as 7.2 km in Rynningeviken Nature Reserve. Transponders are loaned at the start and must be returned (800 kr charged if lost). Food and drinks are provided along the course, followed by an after-run gathering at Stora Hjortstorps Gård (BBQ buffet 299 SEK, including water and coffee). No changing rooms or showers. Kids Run is not timed. The entry fee includes a place in the race, bib number, timing, medal, sports drink and energy.
